What if I have never exercised before?

We highly recommend you book in for a free consultation before you try our Beginners Sessions.

How long are the sessions?

Generally group personal training sessions are 1 hour, including warm up at the beginning and stretching at the end. If there are any variations, details will be on the timetable.

Do I need to book?

All our sessions are personalised, so by booking in we can make sure the sessions are tailored to the needs of the participants – so for example, if you have an injury we can make sure we have alternate exercises planned for you.

Occasionally we need to change venues due to weather etc, if we know you are coming we can advise venue changes.

If it’s your first session, you need to book and complete a PAQ before your session.

What if I need to cancel?

Group sessions, no problems, we know that sometimes life gets in the way. Just contact Leisa by email or text on Leisa@topcoachpt.com.aU

However, with Personal Training , we need at least 24hours notice, so we may reallocate that time.

What do I need to bring?

Water, a towel and a great attitude-We do the rest!

I've never boxed in my life. Will I be able to do it?

Boxing is all about technique so once you pick up the moves you will be fine. Boxing is actually easier for a lot of people than running, especially for those with excess weight. From beginners to advanced- learn how to box correctly from a former Queensland Heavyweight Champion.

Are health fund rebates available?

Rebates on training fees are currently available to members of NIB, one of Australia’s most trusted health funds. If you need more details, please ask Leisa.

How do I pay?

You can pay casually, purchase a session pass or sign up for unlimited training (minimum 12 week commitment, enough time to start seeing some results and achieving your goals). Payment for all sessions are required in advance.

Payment can be made by direct deposit into our account or by direct debit.

Where do you run the sessions?

Group fitness sessions run at a range of the very best outdoor venues in the Port Stephens area and are all booked and licensed with Port Stephens Council. Check out the map of training venues on the timetable and scroll down to ‘Locations’.
