At Top Coach, one of our areas of expertise is beginners. 

We will start you slowly, building you up while teaching you the correct techniques, improving your fitness and confidence before you are ready to progress to the next level. Plus, you will be with other beginners, so there’s no need to feel embarrassed or uncomfortable. By taking your time, your program becomes sustainable and realistic as a long term lifestyle option, not just a short term goal that is too challenging and exhausting to maintain. 

We have two sessions every day on zoom specifically for beginners.

New to Zoom?

  • Everybody fears doing Zoom initially, but once you have it, it’s just about as good as being there!
  • Just download the Zoom app and create your profile- it’s free, and it is easy!

To Book A-Zoom Session:

  • Book into the session you want on our timetable as per normal.
  • An invitation will be emailed to you about an hour beforehand. 
  • Just click on the link, and it automatically takes you to the meeting- it’s that simple!
  • Join in at least 5-10 minutes early to check you can be seen & heard.
  • You will need your device pointed at you so we can see you do the exercises to make sure you do them correctly.
  • A much better outcome with a laptop or iPad.
  • Don’t forget your towel, water and a chair.
