- Free to members who have been with Top Coach more than the last 12 months continuously. Only requirement is to provide your $100 Bond.
- Also Free to all participants from the most recent challenge- just let us know and we will hold your bond.
- PLEASE NOTE: You will be refunded your bond IF, and ONLY IF, you participate in at least three Top Coach sessions a week or the agreed equivalent, plus register exactly what you eat, drink and exercise you do each day (You receive three warnings if the above is not met).
