What if I have never exercised before?

We highly recommend you book in for a free consultation before you try our Beginners Sessions.

How long are the sessions?

Generally group personal training sessions are 1 hour, including our warm up. If there are any variations, details will be on the timetable.

Booking and Cancelling

It really helps us, yourself and everybody else, if you book in for your session. At least six hours in advance. This allows us time to organise an additional trainer for large numbers, adjust the program to focus on your specific goals or organise alternative exercises/equipment, if you have any injury concerns. In addition, you will be automatically notified of any venue changes. Please Note: If the session is full, go on the Waiting List ASAP and we will try to organise another trainer. If there are no bookings, the session may not go ahead. You can also download the Top Coach App onto to your mobile device from the App store which is a handy tool to book or cancel your sessions.

What do I need to bring?

Water, a towel and a great attitude-We do the rest!

I've never boxed in my life. Will I be able to do it?

Boxing is all about technique so once you pick up the moves you will be fine. Boxing is actually easier for a lot of people than running, especially for those with excess weight. From beginners to advanced- learn how to box correctly from a former Queensland Heavyweight Champion.

Are health fund rebates available?

Rebates on training fees are currently available to members of NIB, one of Australia’s most trusted health funds. If you need more details, please ask Leisa.

How do I pay?

Once you have created your account by clicking onto the enquiries tab, you can purchase a membership through the store.

Where do you run the sessions?

Group fitness sessions run at a range of the very best outdoor venues in the Port Stephens area and are all booked and licensed with Port Stephens Council. Check out the map of training venues on the timetable tab and scroll down to ‘Locations’.
