Your health is the most precious asset you have. We have the tools to enable you to move and feel better enhancing the quality and quantity of your life. You now have the best training available. But we can only help you if you help us. You should be aiming for a minimum of three sessions per week if you want to achieve results.

Remember, all you have to do is show up!

  • Beginners– These sessions focus on teaching you how to do each exercise correctly, strengthening your imbalances, while building a foundation.
  • Bullet Proof Your Knees, Shoulders, Wrists, Calves etc- Ideal for Beginners as well.
  • Beginners Options– This is the next step up from beginners sessions to gradually becoming fitter & stronger. Ideal once you have done a couple of weeks of beginners. Please ask your trainer if you are ready to progress.
  • Intermediate– Please wait until you are advised by your trainer you are ok to attend these sessions as they can be quite challenging.
  • Advanced– For those who wish to be pushed and further challenged. (Please advise us if you wish to be included in this group).
You have committed by signing up to Top Coach and we will hold you accountable. If we don’t see you all week, you go on the search party-list…..and we will be looking for you so watch out!
Your membership entitles you to the best available professional advice in Health and Fitness. Email us your questions anytime and while you may not receive an immediate reply we will get back to you. If you need any help or would like to be shown how to do a certain exercise properly or shown the best mobility drills you should be doing before your sessions, then please email us and we will arrange to meet you 15 minutes before your session if you give us enough notice. Please keep this in mind, as these drills will constantly change as you master your imbalances and will need to be updated. Anything we don’t know or is outside our scope of practice we will refer you to another health professional who we believe is the best in that field and consistent with our brand. Disclosure: We do not receive commissions or kickbacks.
It helps us if you book in for your session at least six hours in advance. This allows us time to organise an additional trainer if needed, adjust the program to focus on your specific goals or organise alternative exercises/equipment if you have any injury concerns.  Please Note: If the session is full, go on the Waiting List ASAP. You will automatically be placed next in line as soon as a spot becomes available and you will be notified by email. You can only cancel your booking up to 2 hours before a session via the PT Minder App. Please cancel as soon as you know you can’t attend so the next person can take your spot. Once the session is closed it will be too late. Also, you can download the Top Coach App onto your mobile/IPad device from the App store which is a handy tool to book/cancel your sessions.
If you are booked in for an outdoor session and the weather changes. You will automatically be notified by email through our booking system. Also, venue changes will be posted on Facebook. If you do not receive any notifications , it means the session will be going ahead!

All the email addresses are linked and can easily be passed on to the trainer who is instructing the session. Whereas the texts only go to one person, and if one of us is away or taking the session, etc they can’t be answered or may be overlooked. Please book or cancel by the booking system only. Once the session is closed, it’s too late to notify the trainer.

Any injury concerns please email us in advance and let us know. Emails inform all trainers and enable us to review your history, refer to your specialist’s recommendations, and adjust your information accordingly and prepare alternate exercises. It also gives us time to make changes to the program or organise to meet you privately before your session. Remember, caring for you is a core part of our brand.
If you see a specialist, please keep us updated on the diagnosis they make, the exercises they recommend you do or avoid as soon as possible. If we don’t hear from you, we assume it’s all fixed up and you’re good to go!
Please help us be good neighbours! We are not permitted to use the allocated car parks marked for 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. Please make use of the visitor only parking or the roadside parking spaces.

As a precaution, if you have travelled or transited in the past 14 days & or have any symptoms of fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat. We would appreciate it if you could please postpone and reschedule your sessions. However, if you are well, don’t forget that exercise is a key component of keeping your immune system healthy.
Please adhere to the following Covid-19 rules for your safety:
  • All entry will be by the marked door only
  • All exits by the main roller door only
  • There will be no entry while the session is running, so please wait outside
  • Participants must sanitise on arrival and departure
  • Please maintain Social Distancing upon entry, exit, toilet stops and when training outdoors, etc
  • All participants must train within their 3 x 3 square metre private space marked with orange tape
  • Each member’s training space will have their own equipment, Sanitiser, Disinfectant, Wipes
  • No shared equipment unless disinfected between use or training with a partner or someone you live with
  • All participants must have their own towel & water (We encourage you to bring your own mat)
  • We no longer lend clean towels, but we have new Top Coach towels for sale.
  • Please do not gather together for socials inside after the session or immediately outside.
We can offer you a maximum of two suspensions each year. However, you will need to give Top Coach at least 7 days notice to apply for a suspension by emailing This notice also applies to weekly direct debit memberships, so we can suspend your payments in time. Once those dates are confirmed, they can’t be changed.  You may suspend your membership for a minimum of 2 weeks, and a maximum of 3 months in any 12 month period.  Medical Certificate – Is valid for temporary physical incapacity, verifiable by a medical certificate for members only, to avail yourself of the services. Requests will not be backdated to reflected retrospective time. Please note: If you do not suspend your package, you will gain access to our On-Demand Video Library.
Please advise your start and end date for the suspension. This will be added to the end of your package and we will advise you of the expiry date. There is no fee charged.
Each suspension must start and end on a fee payment day. Debit Success charges your account a weekly administration fee of $2.50 during the suspension period. These memberships are a 12-week contract term. Family and Couples Memberships These are discounted to make it affordable for a family to train together. However, changing from one package to another takes up a lot of administration time. Any changes to these packages will come under our suspension policy.
Debit Success is a full-service billing system for collecting recurring direct debit and credit card payments service on behalf of Top Coach. This is a costly service but gives us more time to focus on what we are good at – training. There is a one-off Top Coach joining fee of $50.00 when you submit your membership. Please be careful to ensure that you always have adequate funds available to meet your payments as the fee for a failed direct debit is currently $10.00. Please note: if you have any changes to your credit card or bank account details or have any queries with your payments please contact Debit Success direct on 1800 148 848.

Notification to cancel your membership must be submitted in writing to
You must give a minimum period of 30 days written notice of termination. If any payments are due during this 30 day period they will be deducted as and when they are due. Top Coach will respond to a request to terminate your membership agreement within 7 days. You will still have access to continue training until such time your membership is cancelled.

Top Coach On-Demand Video Library you can cancel at any time.

All upfront memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. Cancellation policies only apply to direct debit.
