Over Fifty group sessions per week.

From 5:00 am until 6:30pm Week days.

Open Saturday , Sunday and Public Holidays.

Beginners

Intermediate

Once you have done a few beginners sessions, learnt the correct techniques and built a foundation, its’ time to step it up a notch.

From Box4fitness, HIIT Circuits, Cardio and Core, Weights, Tabata, Torch, Legs, Butt and Core, Indoors and Outdoors.

No two sessions are ever the same.

Advanced

Moving to this level, the trainers will focus on pushing and challenging you to achieve your goal. Incorporating various strength training exercises, functional and cardio moves. Compelling and ever-mounting research shows that the ideal form of exercise for fastest results is short bursts of high intensity exercise. You also reap all the muscle-strengthening, fat-burning and metabolism-boosting benefits plus more!
