What you have to do:

  • Join or have joined a Weekly Package for Group Personal Training at Top Coach
  • Attend at least three group sessions per week or the agreed equivalent
  • Register daily on My Fitness Pal, exactly what you eat/drink and the exercise you do
  • Follow the guidelines, and in just 8 weeks or less, you will see amazing results You won’t just get rid of the weight, you will learn how to dramatically reduce your chances of sickness and have more energy than ever
  • Provide $100 Bond. Please note: You will be refunded your bond IF, and ONLY IF,  you participate in at least three Top Coach sessions a week or the agreed equivalent, plus register exactly what you eat, drink and exercise you do each day (You receive three warnings if the above is not met)
