Studies have shown that group achieve much more than individuals working on their own. For the strength of the wolf is not the wolf, the strength of the wolf is the pack and that’s especially true when it comes to exercising. Here’s why:
Social Support encourages physical activity
When you’re with other people who have similar goals to yourself, you will always have plenty of motivation or competition around you. Motivation will also come from the trainers offering corrections to your form and offering encouragement.

Holds you accountable
A group exercise setting helps keep you accountable to attend the class. When the instructor and other participants ask why you were absent, they generally are concerned for your well-being, and you will not want to have an “I was too hungover” answer.
Don’t have time? Top Coach run over 60 sessions a week from 5:00 am until 7:00 pm every weekday. Plus we train Saturday and Sunday mornings and public holidays. Indoor and Outdoor sessions.
